Astrology 4

Astrology 4 introduces the dynamic nature of astrology, and its’ predictive cycles. The theories of transits and progressions are explained, and the skills already developed in chart synthesis are developed and refined. We’ll look both into the past and into the future to help understand how each planet affects the individual journey. We will also define the 8 lunar phases, summarizing their importance in describing the pulse of the birth chart. This leads us to explore the progressed Lunation Cycle, a fundamental component of predictive astrology. By the end of this term you will be ready to experiment with predictive cycles in your own chart, and understand how chart themes develop and grow over time.

Astrology professional practice

We will finish our program with a practical and detailed workshop outlining professional practice issues for those students wishing to pursue professional astrology. Topics covered include- establishing and maintaining a practice, sun-sign astrology, client referral, income streams, small business management, and public liability. This module brings together the Diploma program and prepares the student to commence work as a professional astrologer.

In this group students practice their skills being developed throughout the training. The skills learnt in each subject are practiced with each other under supervision. There is also the opportunity to explore relevant themes and issues emerging from the experiences of the course.

Intuitive Awareness 4 – life purpose and manifestation

In this term students will learn to apply the laws of attraction to bring success and happiness into the here and now. Awareness work will extend to assessing and releasing non productive energetic attachments, and support will be provided to enhance intuitive insight, address limiting beliefs and challenge old values. There is the opportunity to refine meaning associated with significant life events, and participate in the use of ritual/ceremonies for rites of passage, including celebration.

For those new to meditation or with limited experience, we offer practical Learn To Meditate evenings once each term that explore what meditation is and how to start a regular practice.

Fresh fruit, grains, spices, lush nut butters and oils can all be made into uniquely nourishing, gorgeous smelling, chemical free skin care. Work with a wide range of organic botanical ingredients including aromatherapy oils and essences, learn about their properties, combinations for different skin types and where to source them.

Polarity Therapy 1

Polarity Therapy is an integrative non-invasive Holistic Healing System that affects Body, Mind and Spirit through the 5 elements of Ayurvedic Traditional Medicine Ehter/Air/Fire/Water/Earth.

Dr Randolf Stone developed Polarity Therapy during 60 years of study which included Naturopathy, Reflexology, Osteropathy and ancient knowledge of the role that energy medicine plays in health and healing. This complementary therapy uses hands on healing techniques.

On a physical level polarity therapy can increase a client’s physical energy, relieve fatigue, stress, relax muscular tension, balance the metabolic and nervous system whilst releasing deeply held emotional patterns. This complementary therapy is also ideal to enhance the results of other therapies or modalities currently used by energy and natural therapy practitioners.

Part 2 builds on part 1 with practical exercises and supports you to use your psychic or intuitive skills more productively in everyday life.  It can also take you to the next level where you confidently employ your skills on a professional basis.

The course is run in a small supportive and fun group environment with plenty of opportunity to practice.  In addition, you can join the monthly psychic development circle which provides more opportunity to practice and to learn additional skills.

For anyone who’s completed Reiki I, II or Master, this afternoon is a fantastic refresher opportunity to practice your Reiki and glean guidance if it’s been a while since you’ve practice.

Shamanic Healing Journey

In this six-week course we use the time-honoured technique of Shamanic Journeying to access sacred healing realms. From the shamanic or indigenous perspective, most forms of sickness in our ordinary lives, have a basic spiritual cause. Healing of the spirit can lead to dramatic improvement in body, mind and emotions. Shamanic or soul journeys offer ancient techniques to to access information, guidance, support and healing. Through this course, we learn to bring these gifts back to help us manage our health in a more intuitively skilful way.

Whole Chart Synthesis

The art of astrology lies in the ability to synthesize potentially disparate pieces of information. A good astrologer learns to combine intuition with empirical data to produce satisfactory results. In this workshop, we will explore how planets, signs, houses and aspects come together in the whole chart. We will explore how dominant chart patterns allow us to create a psychological portrait that powerfully describes the psycho-emotional themes running through an individual’s life. This is a practical workshop, with an emphasis on real-life examples. You will practice applying the tools and techniques needed to interpret the chart as a whole. This workshop prepares the student to undertake the FAA chart interpretation exam.
