terms and conditions of enrolment

A minimum of 50% of course fee/s are due at the time of enrolment to reserve your place.

Full payment is required 1 week prior to commencement of your course.

Fee discounts

Receive a 10% discount – Pay for your certificate or diploma a year up-front.

Early bird 10% discount – Enrol and pay in full for Term 1 by 30 November in the prior year (applicable for new Diploma of Energy Healing students only and requires payment of all subjects in Term 1 of  the 18 month program).


A 10% discount is offered to holders of a government pension card. If this applies to you, it is best to enrol over the phone, by mail, fax or in person. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Change your mind?

  • If you withdraw (minimum 48 hours notice required) prior to the commencement of the course, a full credit will be kept for up to 12 months for use on courses only. No admin fees apply to this transaction.
  • Once the course you are enrolled in has commenced all fees are non refundable so please choose carefully.
  • Fees will be refunded in full if a course is cancelled by us.
  • If you have paid your year fees in full up-front and withdraw during the year, the 10% discount will no longer apply to any completed courses and your credit will be less the discounted amount.

Pre- and co-requisites

Some subjects, certificates and diplomas have pre- and/or co-requisites in the form of prior study or experience. Please read the information fully and check that you have met all requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure these requirements are met prior to enrolment to avoid any disappointment.
